In 2021, we evolved this experience under BORKİM, adopting a flexible approach to meet diverse project requirements. We manufacture custom fittings, tanks, and supply all raw materials and components necessary for complex projects.

Material Composition

Polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers

Chemical Resistance

Good chemical resistance; suitable for many industrial fluids, but can be limited against strong alkalines or solvents.

Mechanical Strength

High strength, durable, suitable for medium-pressure applications.

Temperature Range December

Typically up to 60–80°C continuous operation.

Applications

Water distribution, irrigation, wastewater, low/medium pressure chemical pipelines.

Glass-Reinforced Epoxy (GRE)

Material Composition

Epoxy resin reinforced with glass fibers.

Chemical Resistance

Excellent chemical resistance, superior to GRP; highly suitable for aggressive chemicals and extreme pH conditions.

Mechanical Strength

Higher strength and stiffness; can handle higher pressures and more demanding applications.

Temperature Range December

Can operate at higher temperatures (up to 120–150°C), depending on resin type.

Applications

Oil & gas, chemical industry, high-pressure pipelines, aggressive fluids.
